I'm writing to tell you how thankful I am that I went to you about a year ago with my back pain. You helped me understand why it hurt, and in addition to doing (a few) adjustments, you taught me stretches and exercises I could do to prevent the injury from happening again and ways that I could relieve the pain on my own. Well, it happened again last weekend--my back started to hurt. But instead of running in to get adjusted (which is hard to do now, as I live in the Milwaukee area and not in Oshkosh any more), I did the exercises and stretches you taught me. And a week later, the pain is totally gone. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You truly have helped me be proactive with my back health, and you have given me the tools to manage it on my own.
